How do I start using Vinroom?

Simply download the app, create an account, and scan the QR code at your favorite wineries. Don't forget to rate and make notes on the wines you taste!

Where can I view wines I've rated in the past?

All wines you've tasted and rated can be found on Home screen in the app.

Why can't I see public ratings of wines?

We believe in a genuine wine tasting experience, which is why we've chosen not to display public ratings. This way, your taste and preferences remain uninfluenced.

How do I discover wine events nearby?

The 'Events' section in the app showcases a curated list of wine events happening in your vicinity.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile page within the app and click on the 'Delete Account' button. Remember, while we remove your personal details, we retain your anonymized wine rating data to enhance the overall user experience.

Troubleshooting

App not loading properly?

Try restarting the app or check for updates in your device's app store.

Account issues?

Make sure you're using the correct login credentials or use the 'Forgot Password' feature.
