This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit Vinroom (the "App").
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the App, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, geo location, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the App, we collect information about the individual pages, vineyards, wines or other products that you view, the websites or search terms that referred you to the App, and information about how you interact with the App. We refer to this automatically-collected information as "Device Information".
We may collect Device Information using the following technologies:

"Log files" track actions occurring on the App, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

"Web beacons", "tags", and "pixels" are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the App.
Additionally, the App may collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information". We may pass this Order Information onto third parties, through available APIs or other web technologies, in order to integrate with third=party functionality, such as shopping cart applications hosted by vendor site. Our App never stores any credit card or banking information.
When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We may use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the App on a third-party site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we interface with various inventory or shopping cart services to complete your orders. Vendors on our platform use various inventory and shopping cart services, and each vendor's website may provide more details about the specific sharing policies of each.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. The App includes links to other websites. Also, you may arrive at our App through a link on a website that is not operated by us. We are not responsible for the operation of any third-party website or the information they collect. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of every website you visit.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our App’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may ask us questions regarding the data we retain about you. If you are located in certain jurisdictions, you may have rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include a right to a copy of your personal information, to correct it, remove it, reduce the ways we use it, or to transfer it to other organizations at your request. Furthermore, you may have the right to object to certain processing and, where we have asked for your consent to process your data, to withdraw this consent. DATA RETENTION
We may retain information about your wine preferences, your past activity, and orders you have initiated through the App, although you may delete your account and all of this information at any time.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time for any reason, including, but not limited to, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
MINORS
The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 21.
